Learn How to Play Craps

Learn to play craps
Have you been to a casino arena where you can see the table surrounded by some hollering and screaming crowd? If you are new and quite daunted joining the crowd and might as well skeptic playing, then you should not be. The game on that casino area where you can see several mixed and extreme emotions is the CRAPS game. It is one of the most famous games in casinos because it is not only easy to play with, the game can also move participants into a tremendous excitement.
The craps table certainly is a crowded one. But, don’t fear getting closer and join the fun and excitement. When you are at the craps table, you need to identify the PUCK before you choose to play. At the top side of the craps table, you may see the PUCK in either white or black. If it is “white”, a craps game is going on, while when it is “Black”, the game hasn’t began yet. Normally, beginning the game is to hand the dice to one player called “Shooter”, whereas the others would place their bets whichever is the result of the dice roll. This starting round is known as “Come out Roll”.
Fortunately, when the shooter’s throw resulted to 7 or 11, you have won and the shooter has the option to make another roll. However, if the throw’s result is 12, 2 or 3, then you lose the game and this is called as “Craps”. Even though the shooter’s throw is “Craps”, he can still continue to play another come out roll. When the outcome of the shooter’s first throw is not one of those numbers previously mentioned, then the PUCK will be turned over showing the “White” or “ON” sign. At this instance, the shooter will roll the dice and place the PUCK on top of the number that corresponds with the outcome of the shooter’s throw. The number corresponding with the outcome of the throw is called “Point”. Let us say, when the result of the throw is 9, the PUCK is then placed on top of the square of said number. Of course, this isn’t the end of the game instead just the real game begins.
Consequently, here comes the confusing part of playing CRAPS. In the instance that the shooter’s throw resulted showing the “Point” number, you win. Nevertheless, if the shooter’s throw resulted with 7 or 11 instead of the Point number, then you lose the game. If that happens, the dice is now handed to another shooter and a new “come out roll” starts.
If you choose to be the shooter, you should hold and throw the dice using one hand and the dice should hit as far as the end wall of the craps table. Unless, you remain to play and make your bets then wait for your turn to take a shot. On the other hand, bettors have several options on betting. If you are a rookie of CRAPS, don’t complicate yourself with the “Odds bets”. You can simply stick with the simplest way and choose “Pass line” bets.
Once you have learned how to play CRAPS, practice it. Certainly, if you have mastered it, challenge yourself with the strategies of how to make a bet and win some rather than lose more. Remember, CRAPS is not a game of chance, you can avoid losing money if you know how to really play it.
